Refund Policy
Last updated: May 8, 2026
This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for subscriptions to CustCost ("the Service").
1. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card charge occurs during the trial period. We strongly encourage you to use this period to fully evaluate whether CustCost meets your needs before subscribing.
2. No Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has been charged, we do not issue refunds or credits for partial months or unused periods of a subscription, accidental renewals, or failure to cancel before the renewal date. We recommend setting a calendar reminder before your trial ends.
3. Exceptions
We will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis only if a verified technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours, you reported the issue to us at hello@custcost.com during that period, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests under this exception must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date in question.
4. How to Cancel
To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
