Terms and Conditions

CustCost ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using CustCost at custcost.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Service
CustCost is a B2B SaaS platform that provides packaging cost calculation tools, including a seller dashboard, parametric dieline generator, 3D mockup viewer, and an embeddable buyer widget. Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using CustCost, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@custcost.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Free Trial
We offer a 30-day free trial for new accounts. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be automatically transitioned to a paid subscription plan. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
5. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
7. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. We encourage you to make full use of the 30-day free trial to evaluate the Service before subscribing. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us at hello@cuatcost.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe the intellectual property rights of others, distribute malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure, or resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of CustCost — including the dieline library, 3D mockup system, and pricing engine — are the exclusive property of CustCost, operated by Chaharudin Mahkota Budi. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CustCost and Chaharudin Mahkota Budi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
